Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download or access has been granted.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Consumer Protection Act, customers waive their 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once the download or streaming has begun — provided the customer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- The digital product is defective or not as described
- The file cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a technical error on our part

Physical Products
Under EU and Czech consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
