Podmínky služby / Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VORNEXT online store (vornext.myshopify.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. VORNEXT is operated from the Czech Republic.

2. Products

VORNEXT sells both digital and physical products. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

3. Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation. You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access has been granted, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of defect or non-delivery due to a technical error on our part.

4. Physical Products

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Czech and EU consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. VORNEXT reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly. Physical products are shipped across Europe with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Liability

VORNEXT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved under Czech jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
